The following fees will apply during registration:
- $199 Registration Fee for Adult Attendee
- $100 Registration Fee for Children Under 16
- A badge, and registration, is required to attend any Maaco event.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Driven Brands Convention Office, dbevents@cmievent.com.
All refunds are subject to a $50 administration fee.
All convention passes cancelled after October 14, 2024, are non-refundable. Some exceptions may apply.

As a guest of the Maaco Convention, you are responsible for booking your own accommodations. A group rate of $299/night + $29/night resort fee + taxes has been secured and available to book direct with the hotel. The deadline to book rooms is October 21, 2024, at 5:00 PM eastern time. Pre and post stays are based on availability at the time of booking.
There is limited upgrade availability on the housing site and available on a first book basis, rates will be listed on the housing site for the below options:
- Corner Suites: available from 11/11 – 11/18
- Diplomat Suites: available 11/13-11/18
